Where does our journey begin?
We offer seamless door-to-door service. While most guests prefer to start their expedition from their hotel in Reykjavík or directly upon arrival at Keflavík International Airport, we are entirely flexible. Whether you require a pick-up from the Blue Lagoon, a private estate, or a remote countryside lodge, simply let us know your location, and we will arrange the logistics to suit your schedule.
What mode of transport can we expect?
For most private expeditions, we utilize our signature modified Toyota Land Cruiser. However, the choice of vehicle depends on your group size and itinerary. To accommodate larger parties comfortably, we operate the Mercedes V-Class and Sprinter. We will assign the most suitable option to ensure plenty of space and safety for your group.
How far in advance should we book?
To ensure availability of the finest accommodations and our top-tier guides, we recommend initiating the planning process at least 3 to 6 months in advance. However, our team is adept at handling last-minute requests and will do everything possible to curate a spectacular itinerary on short notice.
How should we prepare for the Icelandic climate?
The Icelandic weather is dynamic. We recommend dressing in layers to stay comfortable. For specific activities like glacier hiking, we provide all necessary safety equipment.
What physical fitness level is required?
Our expeditions are tailored entirely to your capabilities. We host guests of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you prefer a scenic drive with short, easy walks to viewpoints or an active hike onto a glacier, we pace the experience to suit your comfort. Access via our modified vehicles allows us to get you close to the sights with minimal physical exertion if desired.
